General policy<\/h5><p>At Mamasara Alpaca, we want every piece to meet your expectations.<br \/>If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable regulations.<\/p><h5>2. Conditions for returns and exchanges<\/h5><p>To be eligible for a return, the product must:<\/p><ul><li>Be in perfect, unused condition<\/li><li>Retain its original labels<\/li><li>Include its original packaging<\/li><\/ul><p>We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.<\/p><h5>3. How to request a return<\/h5><p>To request a return, please email <a href=\"mailto:info@mamasara.com\">info@mamasara.com<\/a><br \/>including:<\/p><ul><li>Order number<\/li><li>Product(s) you wish to return<\/li><li>Reason for the request<\/li><\/ul><p>We will provide you with the instructions needed to complete the process.<\/p><h5>4. Return shipping costs<\/h5><p>Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.<br \/>If you wish to purchase a different product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.<\/p><h5>5. Faulty products or incorrect orders<\/h5><p>If your product is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.<br \/>In these cases, Mamasara Alpaca will cover the costs of replacement or refund, including shipping costs.<\/p><h5>6. Refunds<\/h5><p>Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the corresponding refund will be processed.<br \/>Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase and should be received within approximately 5\u201310 working days.<\/p><h5>7. Exchanges<\/h5><p>We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.<br \/>If you would like a different item, you will need to request a return and place a new order.<\/p><h5>8.
