By placing an order through this website, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms of Sale.

2. Products

Mamasara Alpaca sells textile pieces and accessories, primarily made from alpaca fibre.

The essential characteristics of each product, including composition, dimensions, colour and other relevant information, are provided on the corresponding product page.

Photographs are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on the screen or device used.

As we work with natural fibres, there may also be slight variations inherent to the material that do not affect the quality or functionality of the product.

3. Prices and taxes

Product prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes when the purchase is made by a consumer in Spain, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be shown separately during checkout before the customer confirms the order.

Mamasara may change its prices at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed.

4. Purchasing process

To make a purchase, the customer must select the product and, where applicable, its options or variations, add it to the basket and follow the steps indicated during checkout.

Before confirming the order, the customer will be able to review the selected products and the corresponding amount, including applicable taxes and shipping costs.

The customer will have the opportunity to identify and correct any errors in the information entered before completing the purchase.

The purchase will be considered complete once the customer has completed the ordering process and the order has been accepted by Mamasara. The customer will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during the purchase.

The contract is concluded in Spanish.

Mamasara may contact the customer if an issue arises that prevents the order from being processed, such as a product becoming unavailable or an obvious error affecting the essential terms of the purchase. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be informed and any amounts paid will be refunded.

5. Payment methods

The available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Payments made through third-party payment service providers will also be subject to the terms and security measures established by those providers.

Mamasara does not directly store the complete bank card details used to make payments when these are processed by third-party payment service providers.

The order will be processed once payment has been successfully authorised or confirmed.

6. Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

If, after a purchase has been made, a product is found to be unavailable, Mamasara will inform the customer as soon as possible and, as appropriate, offer an alternative or refund the amount paid for the unavailable product.

7. Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped through third-party logistics providers.

Available destinations, corresponding shipping costs and delivery options will be displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

As a guide, estimated delivery times are:

  • Spain: 2–4 working days.

  • European Union: 4–7 working days.

These delivery times are estimates and begin from the preparation and dispatch of the order.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond Mamasara’s reasonable control, such as issues with the logistics provider, periods of high demand, force majeure or exceptional circumstances.

If a significant delivery issue occurs, Mamasara will endeavour to inform the customer and assist in resolving it.

The customer must provide a correct and complete delivery address. Mamasara will not be responsible for delays or inability to deliver resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, without prejudice to any assistance Mamasara may provide in attempting to resolve the issue.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

Where the customer qualifies as a consumer or user, they generally have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason, except in cases where exceptions are provided for by law.

The customer must return the product without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days from the date on which they communicate their decision to withdraw.

The product must be returned adequately protected and in a condition that allows its nature, characteristics and functioning to be assessed.

The consumer will only be responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Unless Mamasara expressly states otherwise, the direct costs of returning the product as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal will be borne by the customer.

9. Refunds

Where the customer validly exercises their right of withdrawal, Mamasara will refund the payments received that are legally due, including standard delivery costs where required by applicable law.

If the customer has chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the standard delivery method offered, Mamasara will not be required to refund the additional cost.

Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed.

Mamasara may withhold the refund until the products have been received or until the customer provides proof that they have returned them, whichever occurs first.

10. Defective or damaged products and incorrect orders

If the customer receives a defective product, a product damaged in transit or a product different from the one ordered, they must contact Mamasara at info@mamasara.euproviding the order number and the information necessary to assess the issue.

Where the issue is attributable to Mamasara or the product does not conform to the contract, the appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable law, at no cost to the consumer.

11. Legal guarantee

Products sold through mamasara.eu are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity provided for under Spanish and European consumer protection legislation.

The statutory guarantee will apply in accordance with the terms, conditions and time limits established by applicable law.

13. Corporate orders and business customers

Proposals and orders made as part of Mamasara’s activities for companies, organisations and institutions may be subject to specific commercial terms agreed between the parties, including quantities, prices, production and delivery times, packaging, payment terms and any other conditions applicable to each project.

Where specific terms have been formally agreed for a corporate order, those terms will prevail over these Terms of Sale in relation to the matters expressly covered by them.

14. Data protection

Personal data provided during the purchasing process will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of mamasara.eu. Privacy Policy of mamasara.eu.

The processing of data necessary to manage and fulfil an order will be carried out, among other applicable legal bases, for the performance of the contractual relationship and compliance with the corresponding legal obligations.

15. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms of Sale are governed by Spanish law.

Where the customer qualifies as a consumer or user, any dispute will be resolved before the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to consumers by law.

16. Changes to these Terms

Mamasara may update these Terms of Sale where necessary due to legal, technical or commercial changes or changes in the operation of the website.

The terms applicable to a purchase will be those in force at the time the order is placed.
